We used Compass for a multi-family inspection recently. Tom was highly detailed and thorough. I felt he dug deeper to find some answers to some odd things we found in the property. I accompanied him during the process and he explained everything he was doing along the way. The report he provided allowed me to easily summarize my biggest property concerns in a custom web page that we were able to send to the seller. Very easy to read and professional looking. Tom was great. He showed up early, conducted a thorough inspection, and then provided a detailed and efficient report. He detected an issue with the water heater, and went back to house two days later (during Radon pickup) and re-tested the water to make sure he was correct.

He just did a home inspection for me and I was thoroughly impressed by how much time he spent at the home, how many items he inspected for the price (99 items), all the recommendations he provided, and the very complete and detailed report he gave in the end.
