What clients and agents are saying about us

Tom Allen delivered a comprehensive and highly informative report. He covered every aspect of our house, He highlighted repairs that needed to be done and recommended other improvements. This will be of great benefit in preparing our house for sale.

The inspector was prompt, professional and very thorough. The inspection report was provided via an interactive program with detailed descriptions and photos of all areas inspected.

You did a very thorough job on the inspection!!! Love it!

We had Tom inspect our pool/ spa. We found him extremely professional, through and knowledgeable. He took the time to pull up, read and shared information from the town about the property he was to inspect. Very patient and answered any and all questions and concerns.

Thank you for your great service and the great report for my client.

Very professional and very thorough

Tom from Compass Property Inspections was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable anything we asked he answered and explained it in detail. Very nice person. We are first time buyers and he made us feel comfortable with our purchase. He gave us recommendations, tips. We really appreciate his help. He was on time, he got to the location before my wife and I. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Tom. If I ever need an inspection again I am not thinking twice. If you want good service and a nice person to work with I recommend Compass Property Inspections.

Tom is a wonderful teacher, very knowledgeable. He taught me everything I need to know and check for when buying a house. I am glad I have chosen him over so many other inspectors.

I would be happy to refer folks to you. It was a pleasure working with you.

Very professional and reliable.

Tom was great. He showed up early, conducted a thorough inspection, and then provided a detailed and efficient report. He detected an issue with the water heater, and went back to house two days last (during Radon pickup) and re-tested the water to make sure he was correct.

Very thorough and professional

Thank you again for all your help! We will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks :)

Tom is spectacular. He just did a home inspection for me and I was thoroughly impressed by how much time he spent at the home, how many items he inspected for the price (99 items), all the recommendations he provided, and the very complete and detailed report he gave in the end. He has tremendous experience in this business and I give him my highest recommendation. He is a very nice person too!!

Excellent report.  This is very helpful.

Report was very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

The report is awesome.

Thank you for your excellent report.

Very professional, took the time to explain report..Would definitely hire again

Very professional Comprehensive report Available to answer my questions

Excellent service!

There’s an honor and integrity in the way that you go about your inspections that I felt absolutely needed to be pointed out.
You can really tell that you understand the importance of this purchase to people and that you want to do everything in your power to be able to help them in this decision by giving them absolutely all of the information you could possibly convey about their property and I would take a wager to say that you must have saved people so much time, stress and money with your diligence.
I can’t imagine the type of money you must have saved people over the course of your career.
